Looking at Celebrity Relationships

Calculating the Composite and Point-of-View Cards are the most basic aspect of card chemistry, and can enable us to take a quick glance at any relationship. Practice is the best way to become familiar with this method, and fortunately, there are thousands of individuals in the public eye for whom we have birth information. These can can furnish us with examples that can be informative, entertaining, and above all helpful is gaining greater experience with Cardology, the Ancient Science of the Cards. For basic instructions on how to find the Composite and POV Cards, see the previous blog entitled “An Introduction to Card Chemistry.” Let’s take a look at a few random examples of public figures in relationships and see what we can glean abouit them from their card chemistry:

1. Amy Winehouse 9-14-83 (10♣/4♦) and Blake Fielder-Civil 4-16-82 (5♦/Q♣): This was a notorious co-dependent relationship that was fuel and fodder for endless gossip and tabloid headlines. Fielder-Civil was accused of introducing Amy Winehouse to hard drugs such as heroin and crack and being partially responsible for her eventual suicide, charges which he vehemently denied.

When we take a look at their Mercury and Venus Composites and their Mercury and Venus Shadow Composites, we find all of them to be in Hearts, which testifies to a very strong emotional connection between the two. Very interesting, however, is the contrast between the Birth Card Composites and the Shadow Composites. The 2♥ and 6♥ Birth Card Composites testify to the extreme closeness and attraction generated by this relationship, but the 3♥ and 9♥ Shadow Composites, are much more ambivalent and cautionary, revealing a destructive tendency underneath the surface.

2. Dean Martin 6-7-17 (10♦/Q♣) and Jerry Lewis 3-26-26 (10♣/7♠). This was another notorious relationship–a close partnership for years, then a break that resulted in total animosity for nearly the rest of their lives.

We see the unmistakable signs of this in the 7♥ Composite Card. It is very typical with this card as a Composite Card that the relationship is originally a close one but eventually breaks down due to the internal stresses built into the card itself. The 5♥ Shadow Venus Composite, puts the seal on this, since this card is very often a divorce card.

3. Harrison Ford  7/13/42 (2♦/2♣) and Carrie Fisher 10/23/56 (A♣/6♣): Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher had a torrid, three-month affair during the filming of Star Wars, unbeknownst to other people in the cast, including Mark Hamill. The affair was totally one-sided, with Carrie Fisher head-over-heels with her older, married co-star, and Harrison Ford treating the whole thing casually.

The doomed nature of the relationship is evident in the 9♣ Venus Composite and J♠ Venus Shadow Composite Cards. The one-sided nature of the relationship is seen in Fisher’s 4♥ POV Card vs. Ford’s 5♣ and her A♥ Shadow POV Card compared to his 10♠. The fact that she viewed Ford almost like a parent is shown by the 4♥ POV Card, as well, since it’s primarily a family card.

4. Jay Leno 4/28/50 (6♣/K♦) and Mavis Nicholson 9/5/46 (6♦/K♥): Married since 1980 (over 40 years). A good example of an enduring marriage.

Here we can see a typical power-couple relationship, with strong Composite and Shadow Composite Cards and evenly matched POV Cards.

5. John McEnroe 2-16-59 (9♦/6♦) and Patty Smyth 6-26-57 (4♣/6♦): Another highly successful celebrity marriage that has lasted over 25 years. These cards are almost a mirror image of the ones for Jay Leno and his wife, with the Composite Kings on the Birth Card side and the Queen and Ten on the Shadow Side.

6. Johnny Cash 2/26 (Q♣/9♠), Vivian Liberto (1st wife) 4/23 (J♣/5♠), and June Carter (2nd wife) 6/23 (7♣/9♦): Before the dreamy romance between Johnny Cash and June Carter took center stage, before their chemistry became so strong that even fans could not look past it, and before Cash and Carter became the king and queen of country music with an enthralling love story to their names, there was another woman in Cash’s life, his first wife, Vivian Liberto. She was pushed so far to the sidelines that people barely remember her ever being in the picture, but she was the one who suffered after Cash’s famous love affair. Liberto later admitted that she never stopped loving Cash. Even after their marriage came to an end, she watched from afar as her husband lived out the rest of his years with Carter.

A so-called Sun/Moon relationship (two Birth Cards that are adjacent within the natural order of the deck) is often the basis for a strong marriage relationship, but the resulting POV Cards will also be adjacent (one odd and one even) and in certain cases, this can be a sign of a fatal weakness in the relationship. In the case of the 9♣ and the 8♣, we have strongly contrasting POV Cards. The 9♣ on Johnny Cash’s side is a card of disappointment and disillusionment, while the 8♣ on Vivian Liberto’s side is a card of fixed-mindedness and fidelity, which explains why she never fell out of love with him.

The intensity of Johnny Cash’s relationship with June Carter, on the other hand, can be explained mainly by the 6♠ Composite Card, which is indicative of a karmic relationship. It’s also bolstered by the close similarity of the 9♠ and 9♦ Shadow Cards.

7. Keith Raniere 8-26-60 (K♥/10♣) and Allison Mack 7-29-82 (Q♥/Q♣): Here we have a relationship of a sex cult master to his slave. The NXIVM co-founder was sentenced to life in prison in 2020 and his protegee pleaded guilty to sex trafficking and racketeering.

In this case, we have another Sun/Moon relationship–two Birth Cards that are adjacent in the natural order of the cards. In these relationships, the high card is always the natural leader and the low card the natural follower. Notice that the Composite Q♣ also matches her Shadow Card. This makes her unconscious self vulnerable to the influence of the relationship with Raniere. Notice also that their Venus Composite matches his Shadow Card. This suggests that their intimacy unlocks the darker aspects of his nature, or that he can gain control over her through sex. Then there is their 9♠ Shadow Composite and A♠ Shadow Venus Composite, both fateful cards that suggest a destructive ending.

8. Martha Stewart 8-3-41 (10♦/7♣) and Snoop Dogg 10-20-71 (2♣/7♣): On the lighter side, here’s an example of two unlikely friends. Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg have little in common culturally, but the chemistry between the pair on the VH1 series Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party was undeniable. The reason is pretty easy to see:

In addition to strong Q♠ and 10♠ Birth Card Composites, they share the same 7♣ Shadow Card, giving them a great deal in common under the surface. Their 8♥ Shadow POV Cards also speak of a strong emotional connection, again under the surface.

9. John Lennon 10/9/40 (K♣/5♦) and Paul McCartney 6/18/42 (Q♣/A♠) compared with Elton John 3-25-47 (J♣/8♣) and Bernie Taupin 5-22-50 (10♣/2♠) compared with Mick Jagger 7-26-43 (2♣/2♦) and Keith Richards 12-18-43 (K♥/K♥): John Lennon and Paul McCartney together represented the most creative force in modern popular music, yet it is well-known that their partnership was more of a competition than a collaboration.

The powerful K♣ and Q♣ Birth Cards, their Q♠ and 10♠ Composites and Q♣  and J♣ POV Cards testify to the tremendous creative potential in the relationship. However, in the Sun/Moon relationship between the K♣ and Q♣ Birth Cards, John Lennon’s K♣ was the natural leader, and when this was challenged by Paul McCartney, competition and later conflict ensued. The potential for conflict is also seen in the J♠ and 7♥ Shadow POV Cards, the J♠ being a fundamentally untrustworthy card and the 7♥ a card in which emotional investment is often not rewarded. Finally, the 5♥ Shadow Venus Composite is a card of eventual divorce or separation.

If we look at another songwriting duo, Elton John and Bernie Taupin, we see a similarly dynamic Sun/Moon relationship with only slightly lower value cards: the J♣ and 10♣ instead of the K♣ and Q♣. The difference was that Elton John and Bernie Taupin had a clear division of labor. Elton John was the natural leader in the relationship and this was not challenged by Bernie Taupin, who simply contributed the lyrics. The relationship is not quite as high-powered, but is considerably more stable with the 10♥ and 4♦ in the Shadow Composite positions.

Mick Jagger and Keith Richards also are a songwriting team, but here the dynamic is quite different. Instead of being built on a Sun/Moon relationship, it’s built on Twos, which are cooperation and partnership cards, in the initial Composite positions.

While this relationship may be less potent creatively, it’s nevertheless much steadier and potentially much more long-lasting. The 2♦ and 2♠ as Composite and Shadow Composite Cards are both cards of partnership and cooperation, while the two Sixes in the Venus Composite and Venus Shadow Composite positions are both cards that tend to be stable and enduring.

10. Pete Davidson 11/16/93 (4♣/6♣) and Ariana Grande 6/26/93 (4♣/6♦): This is the case of a couple that got engaged and broke their engagement in the same year, so we expect to see some volatility in their card chemistry.

What we see is identical 4♣ Birth Cards and very similar 6♣/6♦ Shadow Cards, so this is a case of two fundamentally similar individuals attracted to one another. The volatility can be seen in the untrustworthy J♠ as the Venus Composite, as well as the 5♣ and 5♦ Shadow POV Cards.

11. Woody Allen 12-1-19(4♦/4♥) and Dylan Farrow 7/11/85 (4♦/4♣): No one, aside from Woody Allen himself, knows what happened between him and Dylan Farrow on August 4,. 1992–whether he really molested her, and if so, what the molestation actually consisted of. But it’s clear that he had an unhealthy fixation with his adoptive daughter and had evinced a pattern of grossly inappropriate behavior with her that long preceded the alleged assault.

There is a great deal in their card chemistry that confirms this. First of all, they have identical 4♦ Birth Cards and similar 4♥ and 4♣ Shadow Cards, so in terms of card chemistry there was a deep commonality between them, and Woody undoubtedly picked up on this and this was the main impetus for the unhealthy fixation he developed for her. Their 8♥ Composite Card is one of intense feeling, even passion, and their 8♣ Shadow Composite can be a card of mental fixation and obsession. The four Queens as POV Cards emphasize the feminine principle at play in the relationship, and the two Jacks as Venus Composites testify to the immaturity and potential for deception, at the heart of the bond between them.

12. Prince William 6-21-82 (9♣/J♦) and Prince Harry 9-15-84 (9♣/3♦): Although these brothers are said to have been very close growing up, they have apparently grown apart. The reason is not hard to see in their card chemistry:

Here again, we have a case of identical Birth Cards, this time the 9♣, which testifies to the initial closeness of the relationship. But then we have a 5♠ Composite Card, which is all about change and distancing, and A♣ POV Cards, which indicate increasing independence from one another. The A♣ POV Cards are mirrored again in the A♣ Shadow Composite.

I hope that these examples give you some idea of how the most basic Card Chemistry techniques of finding the Composite and POV Cards can be used to do a quick snapshot analysis of any relationship and the way in which celebrity relationships can be used to gain insight and valuable practice in this aspect of Cardology, the Ancient Science of the Cards.

The Predictive Power of Cardology

I predicted that Donald Trump would win the 2016 presidential election and that he would lose the 2020 election. Moreover, I did it relatively simply and easily using Cardology, a system based on the symbols found in an ordinary deck of playing cards. You can harness the power of this system for your own benefit, to help you understand and work with the forces behind your current life circumstances.

During the period between the major party conventions and the presidential elections of 2016 and 2020, I looked at many astrological sites for predictions concerning the outcome. In 2016, almost all of them predicted a Hillary Clinton victory and in 2020 most of them predicted a Trump victory. With hindsight, anyone looking at these predictions in the wake of the elections would come to the conclusion that, even in the hands of experts, astrology is of little use in predicting the future. Cardology, on the other hand, offers a fast and easy means of prediction, and one that can be mastered by anyone.

Instead of using actual playing cards, cardologists utilize a few specialized tools in the form of three main charts. The first is a single-page Birth Card chart that allows us to find a Birth Card for every person based on the day in the calendar year on which they were born. You can find this Birth Card chart on the About Cardology page on this website.

The second is a series of twelve charts of Planetary Period dates, one for each month of the year, which allows us to locate anyone at any moment in time within one of seven 52-Day Periods of their Yearly Age Cycle. These periods, named after the major planetary influences are dubbed the Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune periods.

The third is a series of ninety Age Spread charts that allow us to find the key cards that will influence a person in the course of their Yearly Cycle, as well as within each of the seven 52-Day Periods of that cycle. By looking for certain cards that are either auspicious or cautionary, we can get a good idea of what to expect during the individual periods and the year as a whole.

The 2016 Election

In August of 2016, I began by looking up both Donald Trump’s and Hillary Clinton’s birth dates, which were June 14, 1946 and October 26, 1947, respectively. Then I looked up these dates on the Birth Card chart and found their Birth Cards: the 3♦ for Donald Trump and the 9♥ for Hillary Clinton. Trump was already 70 years old, and would be so through the election. Hillary was 68 years old, and would turn 69 just twelve days before the election.

Next, I looked at the Planetary Period charts to see exactly which 52-Day Periods they would be in at the time of the election. Trump, I found, would be in his third 52-Day Period, known as the Mars Period. Hillary would have just finished the seventh period of her Age 68 cycle, known as the Neptune Period, and be just beginning the first period of her Age 69 Cycle, known as the Mercury Period. It was the cards for these periods that I was most anxious to examine.

Looking at Trump’s Cards for his Mars Period, I found the 3♠ sitting over, or “displacing” the A♠–that is, occupying the square native to the A♠.  The 3♠ was a somewhat ambivalent card, but the A♠ was quite interesting. This card tends to signify new beginnings, new enterprises, and a new job or undertaking, often one that is in some way fated, and also one that may prove to be too much for the individual, and beyond his or her powers and abilities.

Hillary’s Age 69 Mercury Card was not particularly revealing, but when I looked at her Age 68 Neptune Card, it turned out to be the 9♣. The 9♣ in Neptune is commonly interpreted as representing a major life disappointment, a period in which a person’s longtime cherished dream will most likely come to an end. That card, alone, convinced me that she would lose the election. The one thing that puzzled me was that the period in which this card was in effect would be over before the vote would actually occur. The conclusion I came to after the election was over was that Hillary had been under such a perfect storm of negative influences in the days leading up to the vote that, in essence, she had already lost the election before it even took place.

The 2020 Election

In 2020, Trump’s opponent was Joe Biden. Trump was Age 74, again in his Mars Period at the time of the election and in his Saturn period during the time of the inauguration. Biden, born on November 20, 1942, would be Age 77 and in his Neptune Period at the time of the election and in his Age 78 Mercury Period at the time of inauguration. His Birth Card was the K♥.

The key cards in this case belonged to Trump. The cards for his Mars Period were a mixed bag, but he had the powerful K♠ in his Jupiter period, between the election and the inauguration, and the disappointing 9♣ in his Age 74 Saturn period. This was a clear indication that while the election results might be initially uncertain, and that Trump would take full advantage of all his power in the subsequent period between the election and the inauguration, he would suffer a major disappointment at the time of the inauguration. For this reason alone, I felt that Biden’s victory was assured.

The same basic technique can be used to get a good idea of what you can expect in terms of your card influences for the coming year. If you are interested in a personal consultation of this type, you can request a Yearly Forecast Reading via this website.

Solving Problems with Playing Cards

I’ve helped many clients with their problems using this simple method of solving problems with playing cards, called a Solution Reading. You don’t have to be a psychic to do this. All you need is a basic understanding of the way the symbols of an ordinary pack of playing cards are interpreted, the ability to listen to your client, a little bit of common sense, and a measure of faith that the cards will yield the appropriate answers.

I’m going to use a reading that I recently did for my friend George as an example. George is a great guy whom I’ve known for years, but he’s on the lower end of the economic scale and lives in a rundown house in a bad neighborhood. Although he’s not bad looking, he’s never been married and his experience with women is limited. Recently he called me up to tell me that he had his eye on a female co-worker but couldn’t get up the nerve to approach her. “I want to ask her out for coffee or something,” he said, “but I’m just so out of practice. I don’t know what to do.” He asked if I could do a free solution reading for him, and I was happy to oblige. Geographical distance was no problem, since I generally do these kinds of readings over the phone.

The first thing I do is to question the client about the nature of his or her problem or question. I make sure that I have a good understanding of their situation before I proceed any further. Then I sit down at a table, shuffle the cards, and cut the deck once. I then proceed to lay down nine cards, stopping to explain each one thoroughly before moving on. The pattern to the layout I use looks like this:

I begin by dealing the top card face up and place it in the center of the table. This is the Problem or Question Card. I then explain to the client the basic meaning of the card. If we agree that it fits their problem or question, I continue with the reading. If not, I put the card back in the deck and shuffle again. Occasionally, I’ve had to re-shuffle one or two times, but in most cases the card that appears on the first shuffle turns out to be the right one.

On this occasion, the Problem or Question card that came up was the Jack of Hearts. “The Jack of Hearts generally represents a young man who is immature or irresponsible when it comes to love and relationships,” I explained to George. “Although you’re not a young man, since you’ve had little experience with love or relationships, I think the card is a good fit. The Jack of Hearts is one of only two one-eyed Jacks in the deck. The single eye indicates a certain deficit in terms of self-awareness, and you have to admit that this fits you when it comes to love and relationships.” George agreed that the card fit his dilemma, so I proceeded with the reading.

I turned over the second card, which was the Seven of Clubs. “This is the Mercury Card,” I said. “It simply represents what’s going on in your mind, what you’re currently thinking about or are preoccupied with. The Seven of Clubs generally represents the importance of making right choices. In this case it reflects the fact that you’re acutely concerned with whether you should approach this person or not, and if so, how to go about it. It shows that you’re worried and anxious about making a mistake and ruining your chances. ” George agreed that this was an accurate reflection of his current thinking.

I turned over the third card, which was the King of Spades. “This is the Venus Card,” I told him. “It represents your current feelings. The King of Spades is the highest, most powerful card in the deck. In the Venus position, it indicates that your feelings are very strong at the moment. You feel the urge to act now, to act precipitously, possibly rashly, and without thinking things through completely. Is that an accurate reflection of the way you’re feeling?” George agreed that it was.

I turned over the fourth card, which was the Ten of Diamonds. “This is the Mars Card,” I said. “It’s usually the most important card because it indicates what action you need to take in the situation, and that’s normally what people want to know when they request a reading of this type. The Ten of Diamonds is a card of prosperity and abundance. The Diamonds suit has to do with money and values, while the Tens generally often represent large amounts or involvement with large groups of people. I think the card is saying is that you have to do something that involves more of an investment on your part that just paying for a cup of coffee. You’ll also have more success if you invite her somewhere where are other people around.

“Come up with some kind of event to invite her to,” I added. “Look in the papers or on the Internet and find something that’s going on in the city. Invite her to a rock concert or a hockey game. It has to be something that requires you to make a little extra effort, to shell out some money for a ticket, or even dress up a bit. If there are plenty of people around and some kind of show or entertainment, it’s also going to be a lot easier for you to break the ice. It won’t just be you and her sitting at a tiny table, looking at each other in awkward silence.” George was clearly encouraged as I gave him this advice. “Those are really good ideas,” he said.

I turned over the fifth card, which was the Jack of Spades. “This is the Jupiter Card,” I told him. “It represents your blessing, your ace in the hole, something that can be of help to you in your quest. The Jack of Spades is the most deceptive card in the deck, but in the Jupiter position this has to be seen an asset. I think what it means is simply that you need to do some undercover advance work before you actually ask her out. Find out what she likes before you choose an event to invite her to. Learn what kind of music she likes, or what kind of sports. You may have to be a bit sneaky about it, but it’ll pay off.”

This brought us to the sixth card. I turned it over and it was the Six of Hearts. “This is the Saturn Card,” I explained to George. “It’s usually read in conjunction with the Mars Card. Just as the Mars Card represents action that needs to be taken, the Saturn Card indicates action to be avoided—in other words, what not to do. Sixes are generally static cards, so the Six of Hearts represents not acting on your feelings. In the Saturn position, it’s saying the opposite: not acting on your feelings is what you should not do; acting on your feelings is what you should do.”

I now turned over the seventh card, which was the Two of Diamonds. “This is the Uranus Card,” I told George. “It signifies additional help that you can get in this situation. Diamonds represent values and Twos represent partnership or cooperation, so the Two of Diamonds in this position simply means that you’ll be helped by finding out what values and interests you share with this person.”

I turned over the eighth card, which was the Five of Hearts. “This is the Neptune Card,” I said. “It represents your deepest wish in the situation. Fives represent change, so in the context of your problem or question it reflects the fact that you’re trying to change a deeply ingrained emotional pattern that has resulted in your leading such an isolated life for so long.”

This brought us to the final card, which is always taken not from the top, but from the bottom of the deck. I turned it over and it was the Queen of Clubs. “The ninth card is called the Result Card,” I said. “It represents the outcome to be expected once you’ve worked through all the issues represented by the reading so far. A Queen represents a female person, so in this case the fact that a Queen came up is very positive that the end result will be some kind of contact or relationship with a woman. Whether this will be merely a friendship or brief encounter, or something more intimate or enduring isn’t indicated.”

“The fact that the card that turned up is a Queen of Clubs will be even more significant if it turns out that this woman you have your eye on has a Club as her Birth Card,” I added. “The only way you can find that out is to ask her when her birthday is. That’s another piece of information that you may have to use some sneaky tactics to acquire. Some people don’t like to answer a direct question like that. You have to be ready with some reason that justifies your asking. Tell her you like to send people birthday greetings, or anything else that sounds plausible.”

The final layout for this reading looked like this:

Like virtually all my clients, George responded positively to the reading and was very grateful to me for having done it. I really hadn’t given him anything more than a commonsense solution to his problem, but if he had asked for my advice out of the blue, I doubt that I would have come up with anything as specific and practical as what the reading helped me convey to him. A Solution Reading is really just a catalyst that brings to the surface what is present all along. It’s a time-saving form of counseling.

What my clients like about this method is that they find it very down-to-earth and practical. Instead of listening to a psychic give his or her impressions—which may or may not be correct—the client works together with the reader, giving needed background information, affirming that the reading is on the right track, and occasionally helping to interpret the cards if the reader gets stuck. Sometimes the reading merely reflects the current situation without offering a solution. That usually means that a solution isn’t yet at hand, and more time is needed before one can be sought. In George’s case, the solution was a simple one that he could take advantage of immediately.

I happened to call George up a couple of weeks later and asked him if he’d managed to ask his co-worker out. He hadn’t. But the fact that he had not managed to act on the advice given in the reading didn’t mean that it wasn’t valid. Not everyone who comes for advice will necessarily act on it, or they may simply have to go at their own pace before they can change their pattern of behavior.

If you’re interested in doing such readings yourself, the only thing you really need to learn is the symbolic vocabulary of the cards, which consists of the four Suits, the thirteen Face Values. The Suits are quite simple:

  • Hearts represent love, feeling, and emotions
  • Clubs represent the thoughts and communication
  • Diamonds represent money, finances, and values
  • Spades represent work, health, and wisdom

The face values of the cards correspond to the numbers 1 through 13, with the Ace equal to 1 and the Jack, Queen, and King equal to 11, 12, and 13. It can help to think of each face value as contrasting with, reacting to, or evolving from the preceding face value, as follows:

(1) Aces represent individuality and independence

(2) Twos are about partnership and cooperation

(3) Threes symbolize birth (the result of the union of two) and creativity. They’re also indecisive, which is a reaction to the duality of the Twos, i.e. the inability to make up one’s mind between two equal choices.

(6) Fours embody stability, in contrast to the indecisiveness and instability of the Threes

(5) Fives represent movement and change in reaction to the stability of the Fours

(6) Sixes are about balance and responsibility after the restlessness and change of the Fives. They tend to be static cards and often represent karmic situations

(7) Sevens represent obstacles and challenges to the balance of the Sixes, as well as the faith and spiritual perspective gained from facing these challenges

(8) Eights have to do with power, channeling the spiritual energy of the Sevens for practical purpose

(9) Nines represent withdrawal and detachment from the power of the Eights

(10) Tens symbolize abundance and achievement after the withdrawal and detachment of the Nines.

(11-13) The Court Cards (Jacks, Queens, and Kings) represent various stages in the final ascent to mastery. The Jacks represent creative yet immature mastery, the Queens feminine, intuitive mastery, and the Kings masculine authority.

Of course, these are merely thumbnail descriptions. It takes a bit of time and practice to be able to extrapolate more complex meanings and interpretations from the cards. For instance, I told George that the Seven of Clubs was about making right choices. In the above thumbnail descriptions I mentioned that Clubs represent the thought processes and that Sevens have to do with spiritual perspective.

It may not be immediately apparent that the way that people approach finding a spiritual perspective through the thought processes is by trying to make right choices, but gradually such insights into the meanings of the individual cards will come to you if you start to practice. There are also a number of books on the science of the cards that give expanded interpretations of the individual cards. While I don’t recommend that they be slavishly followed, they can give you ideas that will help you arrive at your own interpretations. Among these books is one of my own, Card Chemistry; The Secret Science of Relationships, available online at Amazon.com.
